more about me

The Beginning

I didn’t study design—I stumbled into it. During my electronics engineering days, I started building websites for small businesses in my city. Some of them did well, some didn’t—and that made me curious. I wanted to know why. That curiosity led me to UX, and I’ve been learning ever since.

The Work Journey

Over the last 10+ years, I’ve worked at mobile app studios, service companies, fast-moving fintechs, and global tech teams like Google.

I’ve designed for fintech, cloud security, e-learning, healthcare, and even car infotainment systems. I’ve been a generalist, a systems thinker, a builder, a design partner—and sometimes, just the person who kept the team sane.

What’s consistent across all these roles is my approach: solve for clarity, keep the user in the loop, and work closely with product and engineering from day one.

What I Care About

I care about doing good work without the noise. I like working with humble, curious people who care about the product as much as the craft. I love teams where design has a seat at the table, not just a Figma file. I believe design is about trust. Not just between you and the user—but between you and the team.

Outside of Work

I’m a new dad. That’s been its own masterclass in prioritization, empathy, and being okay with imperfection.

Outside of design, I love photography, sketching on my iPad, and upcycling old stuff into new things. I’ve turned a bike tyre into a showpiece, linen into curtains, and leftover wood into drawers.

I also tinker with carpentry, glass painting, and the occasional DIY plumbing fix. It keeps things grounded.
